ISPS Handa European Ladies Masters

The period after the British Open was quietly. I played another LETAS event in Norway where I finished T9 and the National Open in Holland finishing second at +3 after 4 rounds at the beautiful Hilversumsche GC!

The week after the National Open I played the flagship event of the LET at Hubbelrath GC close to Dusseldorf in Germany from 8 till 11 September. Two months ago I played a round at Hubbelrath with Rob in preparations for this week. When I played the course in the practice rounds, it played a bit different than the round I played with Rob.The setup wasn’t too long and the course was playing really firm.

The first round I got of to a great start being -5 after 8, I drop a few shots after but came back to -4 with a birdie at 15. Unfortunately on 17 I hit a poor bunker shot over de green in the trees, my first attempt of chipping out got unlucky and from there I had to take 2 drops to get out and play it to the side of the green, in the end tapping in for a 9, and going back to level par for the day. With 72-76-74-74 I finished T51.
